THE DESIGN STORY

Inspired by the 12th astrological sign in the zodiac, our Pisces pendant depicts a hand-carved golden fish, suspended by a contrasting black string. In Greek mythology, Pisces has many associations with the goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite. One such myth says that the goddess is responsible for Pisces' honourable place in the night sky.

This design is protected as a UK Registered Design (No. 6450597).

 

ETHOS

Produced in a family run workshop of 7 workmen and women, our pieces are exclusively carved and crafted by hand in Athens, using Ancient Greek jewellery-making techniques and silversmithing. As champions of slow production, we create only small quantities per design. If a piece is sold out you are welcome to place a pre-order, which has a three week turnaround period, for a piece to be made exclusively for you.
