All our pieces are handcrafted in Athens, Greece, and shipped from London, United Kingdom.
We ship via UPS Express or DHL Express, and all orders are dispatched within two working days for in-stock items.
We are now offering duty and import taxes included service for our customers in the: European Union, Australia, Bahrain, Kuwait, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, UAE & United States.
We are pleased to offer complementary shipping across all UK orders over £300, US orders over $300, and EU orders over 300€.

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on all jewellery within the timeframes outlined below. Please note that for hygiene reasons, post earrings must be unworn to qualify for a return.
All eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, you must ship the item within 14 days of your request. If your return arrives after this shipping window, we will not issue a refund but can provide a credit note instead.
To initiate a return, please email contact@theysso.com with your name, address, and Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
Once your return is accepted, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct standard shipping fees from your refund.
