UK Deliveries

We are pleased to offer complementary shipping across the UK.

All our pieces are handcrafted in Athens, Greece, and shipped to you from London, UK

Our Standard Delivery period is between 1 to 3 business days and we fulfil using a signed-for courier service. 

We produce very small quantities of each design and we have a small team hand packaging all the designs. 

EU Shipping

Our Standard Delivery period to Europe is between 1-5 business days. We are pleased to cover all tariffs and duties to Europe.

What are the delivery fees?

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. For orders outside the UK and EU (USA, Australia, and Rest of World) shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Prices do not include customs and/or other import duties or fees that may be applicable to your destination - these are NOT calculated on checkout

Same-Day London Delivery

This service is only available between Monday to Friday 8:30 to 16:00. Orders placed outside of this window will be processed on the next working day.

In most cases we will be able to accommodate same day Delivery. However, this has to be arranged directly with us. Please email us your timeframes at contact@theysso.com and we will confirm if we can fulfil the request. Additional charges may apply.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on your location, the shipping method chosen, and any customs procedures for international orders. Delays might occur due to something outside of our control, if we are made aware of such issues we will notify you immediately.

Once your order is sent, you will automatically receive the tracking information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping at competitive rates.

Please note that depending on where you are based your order may be subject to customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For international returns, we require the use of a courier service with tracked and signed delivery, and the associated costs are to be covered by the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your item has been shipped, you shall receive an email notifying you which will include a tracking number. If you used Shop Pay to checkout, you can track your order through the app using your email address.   

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for all jewellery within the timeframes below. Please note post earrings must not be worn if you wish to return them.
All eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery to you. You must additionally ship the item within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. PLEASE NOTE if you ship items to us and they arrive after the 14 day shipping threshold we will not offer a refund but we will offer a credit note instead. 
 
Send an email to contact@theysso.com, including your name, address, and Order # and we’ll help you place the return.
If eligible, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, this will be calculated once a return is requested - for example, if you shipped an item free of charge we will be entitled to deduct the shipping costs from your order. We reserve the right to charge administrative expenses for returned orders.
