Shipping Information
All our pieces are handcrafted in Athens, Greece, and dispatched from London, UK. A signature is required upon delivery.
We ship via UPS Express, and all orders are dispatched the next working day.
Please note: the delivery timeframes below are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the UPS network.
We create in very small quantities and each piece is hand-packaged by our small team with care.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all jewellery within the timeframes outlined below.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, post earrings must be unworn to qualify for a return.
All eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you must ship the item within 14 days of your request.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend adding tracking to your return, as we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in transit.
If your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us and we will arrange return shipping accordingly.
If your return is received outside of the 14-day shipping window, we will not be able to issue a refund, but can provide a credit note instead.
To initiate a return, please email contact@theysso.com with your name, address, and Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
If your return is accepted, you’ll be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct standard shipping fees from your refund.
