THE DESIGN STORY
Taking inspiration from the meander - a decorative motif prominent in Ancient Greek art and sculpture - our Kyma ring beautifully wraps the finger in fluid, sculptural movement. The curved form is carved with a rope-like pattern that nods to the sea, a recurring reference point for YSSO.
Designed for everyday wear, this gold-plated statement ring balances ancient symbolism with modern form, making it ideal to wear alone or layered with other handcrafted rings.

Produced in a family run workshop of 7 workmen and women, our pieces are exclusively carved and crafted by hand in Athens, using Ancient Greek jewellery-making techniques and silversmithing. As champions of slow production, we create only small quantities per design. If a piece is sold out you are welcome to place a pre-order, which has a three week turnaround period, for a piece to be made exclusively for you.
