THE DESIGN STORY
The Gaia Garnet Necklace is strung with natural red garnet, each stone carrying subtle variations in tone and texture that make every necklace unique.
Named after Gaia, the ancient Greek personification of the Earth, the necklace draws on the deep, earthy red of garnet — a stone with a richness that feels both raw and precious.
Designed so that each side is different, one side features 6mm stones and the other 8mm stones, Gaia is an understated study in natural colour and material - but also an ode to the versatility of nature. Tactile, timeless, and made to be worn alone or layered with other YSSO pieces.

Produced in a family run workshop of 7 workmen and women, our pieces are exclusively carved and crafted by hand in Athens, using Ancient Greek jewellery-making techniques and silversmithing. As champions of slow production, we create only small quantities per design. If a piece is sold out you are welcome to place a pre-order, which has a three week turnaround period, for a piece to be made exclusively for you.
