Online Store Delivery FAQs
All our pieces are handcrafted in Athens, Greece, and shipped from London, United Kingdom. We ship all our orders with UPS Express, and all orders are dispatched in the next working day.
There are no extra duty and import taxes due for customers in the United States, European Union, Australia, Bahrain, Kuwait, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sweden & UAE. The total paid when placing the order includes all duties and tax owed to customs. For all other destinations not listed above, duties & taxes are calculated by the carrier company and charged at delivery.
We are also pleased to offer same-day delivery in London, at an additional cost determined on the day of request. This service is only available between Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Bank Holidays, and is subject to availability.
