Returns and Exchanges are accepted (except for custom-made pieces) and strictly in new and unused condition only for hygiene purposes. Any pieces which have been worn, even once, cannot and should not be returned. Any liability for infections of future customers will be entirely up to you if you have wore and/or tried the earrings and then returned them. If you wish to try on the pieces simply place them near your ear. For each gift wrapped item we will include a gift receipt in the package.
