Delivery dates
Please allow two weeks from placing the order to receive your pieces.
 
Shipping Rates
We are currently only shipping within the UK at a charge of £10. 
 
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted, must be requested within 14 days of delivery (except for custom-made pieces for which we do not accept returns or exchanges) and strictly in new and unused condition only for hygiene purposes. 
 
Any pieces which have been worn, even once, cannot and should not be returned. Any liability for infections of future customers will be entirely up to you if you have wore and/or tried the earrings and then returned them to us contrary our policies. If you wish to try on the pieces you must simply place them near your ear. For each gift wrapped item we will include a gift receipt in the package.
 

How to make a return 

Send an email to contact@theysso.com, including your name, address, and Order # and we’ll help you place the return.

If eligible, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
